Product: HP Designjet Z6200

hello!

when i define paper type on my printer other than hp coated paper- caldera software won't work.

i mean, the click program of hp works just fine with defined paper, but the caldera doesn't manage to send the files to the printer at all..

 

i define paper as recommended on hp site (https://support.hp.com/th-en/document/c03382260)
