Hello,

Our company has successfully obtained an HP Partner ID and is registered in the HP Partner Program. However, we have not yet been assigned an HP Partner Business Manager (PBM) or account representative.

We are currently pursuing a tender opportunity that requires a Manufacturer Authorization Letter (MAL) and would like to know:

  • How can we identify or contact our assigned HP Partner Business Manager?

  • If no manager has been assigned, whom should we contact to request a Manufacturer Authorization Letter?

  • What is the correct process for partners to obtain authorization for a specific tender?

Any guidance from HP representatives or experienced partners would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
