After selecting my P15 microphone and joining a Teams meeting, my voice isn't heard on the call. After disconnecting the P15 and joining the Teams meeting, my voice is heard using the laptop microphone.

This has been happening about 50% of the time now.

Hello @Woodster66, Welcome to the HP Poly Support Community.

Thank you for reaching out regarding your Poly device.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with the Poly Studio P15. I understand how important it is to have your device working properly, and I’m happy to help.

To help isolate and resolve the issue, I recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Verify and update the speaker firmware using the HP Poly Studio application.
  • Ensure the P15 is set as the default audio device in your PC sound settings as well as in your softphone application.
  • If possible, test the Poly Studio P15 on a different device to determine whether the issue is device-specific.
  • Reset the Poly Studio P15 using the HP Poly Studio application.

Please let me know the outcome of these steps or if you need any further assistance.

Take care and have an amazing day!
