Hi @aldoagraz, Welcome to the Poly HP Support Community.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing with your Poly Studio P15. I completely understand how important it is for your device to function properly, and I’m here to help you work through it.

To begin, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Close Background Applications: Ensure that applications like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or any other video conferencing tools are fully closed and not running in the background.

2. Reinstall Camera Driver:

  • Open Device Manager, navigate to Cameras,
  • Right-click on Poly Studio P15, and select Uninstall Device.
  • Restart your PC, reconnect the camera, and test its functionality.

3. Test on Another PC: If possible, try connecting the Poly Studio P15 to a different computer to check if the issue persists.

If the problem continues after completing these steps, I recommend reaching out to our HP Support team. Our support engineers will be happy to assist you further and work toward a resolution.
