Hey all new to the group. I recently acquired a Poly P21 Webcam / Display unit. My question that I have is I often use a headset in addition to the screen for my audio calls via teams. Is it possible to use the "Mic" Mute/Unmute button to mute said call while Im using my headset? I love that the status turns red while I'm on a call. Serves great purpose with young ones in the house. The monitor does flash for incoming calls but I can't get the mute button to reflect across all audio sources.

At this time, there are no updates regarding the addition of this feature to the P21. While the P21 has reached its end-of-life (EOL) status, we continue to offer support and service for the device.
Should this functionality be introduced in any future products or updates, we will make sure to communicate it publicly to all users. We truly appreciate your interest and feedback.

I understand you'd like to know whether the P21 mute button can be used to mute the audio on an external headset microphone. At this time, the mute button on the P21 is designed to control only its built-in microphone and does not extend to external headsets.

Is there any further development on this product or has it been sunsetted? Ive got a Poly headset and the mute button does allow teams to mute successfully. Not sure if it will be an enhancement later or not
