Product: Studio P5

I had my POLY STUDIO P5 installed by UBS. I downloaded POLY LENS and updated the software to version 1.98. It recognizes the camera, other software like OBS Studio also recognizes the webcam but the preview screen is black, with no image. The indicator LED is off. I've already tested it on all the PC's UBS ports.
