Studio USB
Microsoft Windows 11

Wanted to update our Poly Studio USB from 2.1.1.001162  to the newest 2.1.2.001179 through Poly Lens Desktop (is on newest version 2.1.1). Studio USB is not connected to any network. Just connected to an interactive display in our meeting room.

 

Poly Lens Desktop (on Windows 10 PC) shows that there is an update for Studio USB. So I start the update. Nothing is using the webcam at this moment. After the download the update ends with an error (but just something like "failed" - log file also showed me no hint why this is happening).

 

  • restarted Studio USB. No change.
  • connected Studio USB directly to the PC. No change
  • installed Poly Lens Desktop on a Windows 11 laptop and connected it directly via USB with the Studio - no change

I don´t have a clue how to install 2.1.2.001179 on Studio USB.

 

Has someone any idea what is happening here?

I would have to use the geman/european support. But only found a telephone number to call.

 

Is there any possibiliy to open a support ticket online or via e-mail?
