Hello, 

 

I have had to factory restore my P15 multiple times after updating my MacOS to Sequoia 15.1. My device kept shutting down upon restore (amber light blinking, transition to white light blinking). So, I removed the device from my Lens app and now I cannot figure out how to add it back in and then getting my P15 to connect to my PC. 

 

Any help would be very much appreciated!

I’m truly sorry to hear about the issue you're facing with your P15. I completely understand how important it is for the unit to be functioning optimally, and I’m here to assist you. Please follow the troubleshooting steps outlined below:
 

1. Verify and Update the Firmware: Please use the Poly Lens application on your PC to check for any available firmware updates and ensure the P15 is running the latest version.

2. Set P15 as Default: Ensure that the P15 is set as the default audio device on both your PC and softphone application.

3. Reset the P15 to Default: You can reset the Studio P15 to its default settings via the Poly Lens application.

4. Connect the P15 Directly to the PC: For troubleshooting purposes, please connect the P15 directly to the PC, bypassing the docking station.
