Webcam poly p15 freezing while streaming with my Xbox

My poly webcam P-15 keep freezing on my stream, I stream with my Xbox. It was working normaly the other day and now it keep freezing

Kindly follow below troubleshooting steps and test the P15
 

Kindly verify and update the firmware of the P15 using poly lens application in the PC
Kindly reset the P15 using poly lens application.
Kindly test on PC and verify of the P15 is working fine or not.
