I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with the Poly Studio P009. I understand how important it is to have your device functioning properly. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below and test the device afterward:

 

1. Kindly verify and update the firmware of the Poly Studio P009 using the Poly Lens application on your PC.
2. If possible, please try updating the firmware on a different PC.
3. Lastly, kindly reset the device using the Poly Lens application.

 

If the issue still persists, I would request you contact our HP Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link.
