For anyone experiencing this issue:
Symptom:
The Polycom Studio LED blinks yellow during startup or when connecting it to a computer via USB.
Resolution:
Since the device is in DFU status, it is necessary to manually install the firmware using the Poly Companion software. After this, the device will be operational. Do not disconnect, as this will cause the device to return to DFU status.
Log in to your account on the Poly Lens page, in the "Device Provisioning" section you will be able to see your "Provisioning Server Address", username and password. With this information, log in with the Poly Companion software and register your device in provisioning mode.
This will register the device in your Poly Lens account and will not allow automatic updates when connected to a computer via USB.
