Don't exists HP 710C drivers in Windows Updade...
Are you running the RTM version? The Deskjet 710c is listed and availablein the Windows Update as follows: go to the printers folder, Add Printer, Local Printer, LPT1: and then select Windows Update. It will take several minutes to update, but once the update is finished select HP (not Hewlett-Packard) and the Deskjet 710c will be in the list (at least it works for me, using the RTM version).

Well, I have the same setup and the Deskjet 710 shows up. You can manually download the driver from Microsoft's Catalog Update site by clicking here. You will need to use Internet Explorer, the catalog site is not supported with other drivers. If the link above does not work directly go to the Microsoft's Catalog Update site and then search for "Deskjet 710c 2008" without the quotes.

I've downloaded that driver, extracted it. Installed in devices and printers menu, but It still doesn't work. When I wat to print something nothing happens. Only cleaning the catridges works.

How is the printer connected? If you have a USB to parallel port connection you will need to make sure you have one supported by Windows 7 and that you have the proper drivers for the converter. A better solution would be a plug-in card to provide trueparallel port capability.
