Elite X2

My Elite X2 I use for work stopped charging yesterday and died. I have not been able to turn on since and it will not charge with the usb-c dock even though light is on. Now my tablet won’t even charge with the HP charger provided with it, or my coworker’s chargers that all work on the same exact tablet. I cannot turn my tablet on after restarting and trying to charge. Light above C port never lights up to charge, but does when I hold down the power button. My IT support says this happens often and that is NOT ok. Now I cannot access files or do most of my job. I need to turn this one on and not buy a new tablet. What other ways should I try?
