Hi,

 

Does anyone have the poly edge e300 connected on wifi through meraki AP / Firewall and its working?

Theres no rules on the AP or firewall blocking outbound,  the cloud voip service IPs and URLs have been whitelisted but still the phones wont register.

If anyone has set these up through meraki and had to fix any issues if they could point me in the right direction that would be great.

 

The softphone verticall app on laptops (on the same wifi ssid) work fine.  Its just the physical poly edge e300 phones (2 of them)  not working.
