For one of our sites, the network switches were rebooted over the weekend.  Since this has happened the Poly Rove 30 DECT devices have been unable to connect the to Poly Rove B2 base.

The base has been rebooted and all cabling checked.  It is a steady green LED status.

The issue is that our network team can't see the MAC address of the base unit, and so it is not connected to the sites network.  Has anyone ever come across this before?
