Rove 30 Handset + B2 Base Station Kit

Hi all

 

We own 22 Poly Rove devices (B2 Base Station + 30 Handset) and all are connected to MS Teams in the EU region. Since 23.01.2025 we are facing issues, that the devices are not stable anymore and break after around a day. The issue is, that the Handset is not working anymore (is not ringing on calls) and the base station is not answering on pings and the http Admin Web Interface is not reachable. Strang but true, it is still sending out some syslog messages to the central syslog server. But no indicators on the log, why the device breaks.

 

We can see, that there was an issue "Poly Zero Touch - Issue logging into portal, APIs not accessible, devices unable to provision" which is already resolved but is maybe related: https://status.plcm.vc/

 

Devices are on the version 8.0.5 Build 0002. 

 

Is there a known issue?
