Regarding the Poly Rove handsets and B2 basestation:

Does anyone use Zoom Phone and figured out how to get the L1-L4 line keys to work with Enhanced/Aim Call Park?

Zoom said to go to Poly as they are not helpful in this matter. I have call park enabled and I can park a call using the L1-L4 keys, however when I hang up the call, the line keys lights turn off and there is no option to pickup the parked call. If I select a line key in this state, it just brings you to the line key name and it says "empty".

Thanks!

Hello @deydist, Welcome to the HP Poly Support Community.

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the Poly Rove handset and B2 base station.

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution. We hope our assistance has been helpful!

Zoom Phone's call park feature allows for efficient call handling, and with the release of Poly Rove 8.0.9, there have been enhancements to support the Zoom Phone aim park call feature. This capability allows you to use L1-L4 line keys on devices like the Poly Rove handsets and base stations to manage parked calls. Here's how you can set it up:

1. Enable Zoom Phone Aim Park Call Support:

  • To enable this feature, navigate to the system's web interface and modify specific SIP parameter settings. This generally involves adjusting settings under ITSP ProfileN > SIP to align with Zoom’s requirements.

2. Configure Line Keys for Call Park:

  • When using the Zoom platform, the L1-L4 line keys can be configured to act as Busy Lamp Field (BLF) keys. These keys will illuminate when a call is parked and allow you to pick up parked calls by pressing the respective line key.

3. Adjust Settings in Zoom Portal:

  • Within the Zoom administration portal, configure your call park settings to use BLFs for managing parked calls. This includes setting up the park locations and ensuring the parking orbit is correctly established.

4. Reboot Devices:

  • After configuring the necessary settings, reboot your Poly devices to ensure the applied configurations take effect.

Take care and have an amazing day!

Thank you for the detailed reply! This gives me something to work off of and I appreciate it. A few issues I seem to run into:

1.  I have enabled INFO/Zoom for the call park method and method is dialog/blf.

2. I have set the line keys to Call Park Monitor and the numbers associated with *801-*804 which is the zoom call park keys. I can successfully park the call to *801 for example, and they keys are green when on a call. However, after I park the call and end the "call", the L1-L4 keys are not lit up. If I press a line key, it just says "Call Park" at the top and "Empty". Attached my setting for line key 1 and the ITSP Profile.

 3.  I'm not sure what parking Orbit is, as there doesn't seem to be any verbiage like this in Zoom's settings.

I've tried to push Zoom to help more but they push back saying to speak to Poly... I'm not sure if there is a disconnect or what.
