HP Recommended

My laptop is HP dv7-4296nr, I have a Recovery partition included. But I can not access Recovery Manager in boot screen by pressing F11, when I pussed, it just boot to Windows normally, although in the bottom left conner, it display "F11...System Recovery". Only when I active the Recovery partition and restart, that I can enter the Recovery manger. Could someone told me what I have to do to fix that?
