So i recently did some updates on my computer and even just updated my Itunes and as soon as my computer restarted I could no longer get my bluetooth to show up or work (so I now have no mouse) It has happened a few times before and I've managed to get it started but this time I've had no luck.
When i go to PC Settings - Network - Airplane Mode, I can't slide across the turn on Bluetooth!! Ive looked in device manager but can't find anything to do with bluetooth under Network Adaptors except Intel (R) Wireless-N 7260 if that has anything to do with Bluetooth??
Im not very good with all this technical stuff so someone please help!!
I've tried to install drivers but nothing has seemed to work, just won't let me turn on Bluetooth and I have no idea what to do
The computer came with windows 8.1
