Product: hp Stream 7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I don't know how happened but I believe that one of my kids put a password and now I getting this message ( Enter Administrator Password or Power On Password ) I understand that the password is from the Bios  I've been searching online and they have to hit OK 3 times to get a code and the code is (85386317) can somebody help me please Thank you
