I have a pavilion x360 that the sound will not work on. In fact you cannot unmute the speakers, every time you do the volume level just lowers itself until the sound is muted. I had Windows 8.1 on it so I thought I would do the Windows 10 upgrade and see if that helped. Nope, same thing. I downloaded the latest realtec drivers from HP's website and uninstalled the old drivers first and still nothing. I tried disabling the realtec card and just use the PC speakers option and it worked one time but after a reboot it went right back to muting the sound again. I wonder if anyone else has had this issue and if anyone has found a cure or at least a work around?
