Product: HP Pavilion 17 notebook pc
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After upgrading to Cyberlink Power2Go 10 I am unable to burn/copy any disks.  The disk drive will read the disk, but when it tries to bun the copy I am geting  Burning Fail, ErrCode: 0xeb020b9c Error.  Any assistance would be appreciated.
