Product: HP PAVILION AU084TX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this laptop like 2 months ago , It was working completely fine until now .

When I was playing some music or watching a video the sound gets lowered automatically, When I try with headphones it works perfectly fine but normally  the sound gets lowered gradually to Mute. Please Help
