Product: HP Photosmart 5520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The HP Support Assistant symbol in the task bar constantly shows a yellow triangle containing an exclamation mark and the tool tip meesage says "recommended action needed." Opening the support assistant shows the message:
"HP Printers - which cartridges work with my HP printer?"
I have read the message and clicked the delete icon, but the message and the yellow triangle stubbornly remain. Please advise how to remove this message once and for all from the Support Assistant. The printer works fine!
