Product: HP TouchSmart 610
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP TouchSmart 610. Since upgrading to Windows 10 I cannot turn off the touchscreen. I have disabled it through Device Manager and turned off tablet mode. In Windows 8 I could turn it off and it would stay off no matter how many times I restarted the computer. Sounds silly but even a bug landing on the screen activates stuff. Could someone please advise a solution? A little frustrated. Thanks.
