Hi,
I wondereed if anyone could possible spare some time and advise?
I have TWO Windows 10 detaachable laptops under warrantry. At two seperate time powering on the system has been troublesome and then when the systyems does poer on i'm locked out needed a Microsoft BIT LOCKER RECOVERY KEY.
I have an active McAfee Virsuscan and up to date protection so surely it cannot be a virus?
So i ask why and what is a BIT LOCKER encyption and Why when bought my HP devices i wasnt supplied a recovery key so how can i obtain it? HP support have given me Microsofts support number who...... say we're not giving you a key. So my HP devices remain unoperational?
Can anyone advise please?
Many Thanks
