Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop isn't recognizing my wired Beats Solo 2 headphones, yet it's recognizing every other pair of headphones/earphones I have. I tried reinstalling the audio driver but that didn't work either. I don't think anything's wrong with my Beats because they're still working fine with my phone. How can I fix this?
