Product: HP 4000n and 5000n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have installed old 4000n and 5000n printers. I networked them by ethernet cables to my router. I manually set the IP addresses, Network Masks, and Def Gateway. The installations were smooth, and they print beautifully. BUT, when I try to access the Web Server, by entering the IP addresses in my browser, all I get is this blank HP page:
The Help button in the top right corner is functional, but that is all. Can anyone advise me?
