Envy M6-010DX

 

Shipped with windows 8.  Had a free upgrade a year or so ago to Windows 10.

 

I stopped using it since I got a  new laptop and tablet so I just put it away.

 

Pulled it out this weekend to see if I had some work files on there and it immediately prompted me that there was no OS on the hard drive lol...

 

Lets me run memory and hard drive tests only.  Memory says its okay but hard drive pops up with

 

SMART check: Not Installed

Short DST: Not Installed
