For some reason my computer will not bypass the screen where it's asking me for "Administrator password or power on password." Every time I enter it in, it keeps going back to the same screen. I tried pressing F11 to just restore the computer to it's factory settings but it keeps giving me an error code: "0xc000000f". PLEASE help! I took it to a computer shop and they told me I would have to replace the entire BIOS system because the password is not working.
