Product: HP7740

Hi,

 

Purchased a HP7740 printer today and have it set up as tray 1 - A4 and tray 2 - A3. We have tray 1 set as default and when we want to print A4 we have no problems. When we want to print to Tray 2 (A3) and change the paper on the computer print screen it says wrong paper size. Please help!
