Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

 

My touchpad is not working, I've read many articles and forums. When I go to Windows 10 settings / Devices / Mouse & Touch pad / Additional mouse options...there is no tab or option for the touchpad, only the mouse. 

 

Therefore I'm not able to change any settings for the touchpad.

 

Any ideas?
