Recently acquried the HP Omen 15-ax010na laptop. Bought three months ago, up until recently has been working perfectly. Over the last couple of days the WiFi has been playing up, not being able to find ANY wireless network connections, (WiFi is turned on) therefore no internet connection.
So far I have reinstalled the network driver and updated it, but to no avail, the problem still exists. I am on an 'public' wifi so therefore have no access to the router etc, but wifi is working on all other devices.
Any help would be muchly appreciated, I have the standard HP warranty until Feb '18 and a 7 year warranty insurance with John Lewis.
