Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hey there. So the problem seems very very common. The volume up and down/brightness up and down F keys do not work on my brand new 1 day old Pro Book. There's lots of advice for the all the people with this issue on line and I've tried them all. Most of the time the drivers etc just say tey are not supported on my computer. I wanted to ask HP directly but i don't want to pay 30 plus bucks a month in support for one tiny gripe. I know its a small thing but volume and brighness are fairly important. If there's anyone out there that can help I'll be forever grateful. I know there must be lots of other people out there with this issue....
