Pavilion all-in-one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I forgot my password for my new HP Pavilion All-in-one. I was trying to set up "remote access" and realized I didn't have it. I can still access the PC with the "PIN" I set up so I am not locked out of the computer.

Bought a program that recovers passwords and loads from a USB drive. I made all the necessary changes to the secure boot. The USB boots, the program is ready to run but...

I do not have keyboard or mouse commands, no pointer, nothing. I've tried new Wired mouse and keyboard, still nohing,

the wired mouse doesn't have the light in it, the keyboard lights are also off. The is bascially no power going to the mouse or keybord for them to work.

I've switch settings in the BIOS, even tried a different program for recovering passwords,

Dose anyone have an idea on what needs to be done to make the software work?
Thank you
