Intially when I bought the laptop, it was windows 8.1, free upgraded to windows 10. Four days back got "Authentication failure message with blue screen. I did hard test no work, then went to bios and disable security and enable lagacy mode no work, then got the windows 10 recovery usb drive from friend laptop and tried, its tried to reinstall software but failed. When I check the hard drive with using F2 key. In test hard disk failed. Please let me know what I need to need to do. If need to replace the hard disk how can I contact HP and after replace hard drive how can i install the windows. I don't have original recovery drive. If need to repplace hard drive please let me know which model hard drive i can buy and replace and where can i buy.
