An HP update I received failed to install:  Hewlett-Packard - USB - 2/15/2017 12:00:00 AM - 40.11.1109.1746  Download size: 31.3 MB

 

Error: 800F020B   "Windows encountered an unknown error"

 

Hello.  Could someone give me some information on this failed update.  What does it do?  How important is it?  Is there a way to download and install it?  Thanks.
