HP Notebook/M2C92UA#ABA

I was just doing some typing games when my arrow keys stopped working, specifically, my up and down arrow keys. I thought that it was because of crumbs, so I took off the key, but there was nothing visible. I tried number lock and tried to use them, to no avail. I also used the keys on the number pad when I was using number lock, and though the left and right keys (4 and 6) were working, the up and down (8 and 2) keys were not working. There is nothing physically wrong, since when I turn off number lock, 8 and 2 still work. This laptop is Windows 10, and the model is M2C92UA#ABA. Any help? Thank you in advance. I'm new to the forums so if I did anything wrong please tell me.
