Hi, I am giving my desktop computer (which came with Windows 7 Home Premium but I did the free upgrade to Windows 10) to my son. I decided to reset it for him using the option in Setting/Update & Security/Recovery. Everything seemed to work OK, however, my computer is now at the Windows set up screen (see Picture), but my mouse and keyboard are not responding? I have tried unplugging them, tried different mouses and keyboards, and also unplugging the computer, but still no response. If I go to the Bios screen the mouse and keyboard respond just fine. I have also followed the instructions to Use installation media to reinstall Windows 10, but again my keyboard and mouse won't respond on the set up screen. I posted about my issue on the Microsoft community website, but after going round and round in circles and getting nowhere, I was told I should contact my computer manufacturer. Any help/suggestions would be hugely appreciated!
