Product: HP Envy 27-p014
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The touch screen on the computer is not cracked and the machine appears to be in peak physical condition. However, the screen keeps getting a space on the right side of the screen that looks like someone is trying to touch it. This renders the machine unusable because the mouse cursor keeps getting pulled to that location on the screen. I want to permanently disable the touch screen. Every time I disable the touch screen it enables itself again upon startup. Please help to permanently disable the touch screen! Thank you in advance!
