Product: Touch Smart 610-1100UK
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
I am unable to start Support Assistant.
On launch, the Support Assistant logo is displayed and task manager shows HPSF.exe process. After a few seconds, this disappears.
There are no error messages.
I have uninstalled and re-installed latest version of Support Assistant, but this has not changed the symptoms.
Event Viewer shows HPSF.exe error...
.... HP Error ID: -2146233036 at MS.Win32.Penimc.UnsafeNativeMethods.CreateResetEvent(IntPtr& handle) ......
(plus lots of furher data, which I can upload or forward if required)
Any ideas how to resolve this?
