Product: HP Laser Jet 200 color MFP M27
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
Printer ejects paper with a vertical crease about 3.5 inches from the right sigde of paper margin. Have tried different paper, have replaced all toner cartridges, have checked the paper path. I also took someone's suggestion and interrupted a print job before it got to the fuser unit (by opening the front cover right after the paper is pulled into the printer). It apparently isn't caused by the fuser, as there were still creases.
The crease actually seems to be caused by dragging on something internally. The drum perhaps??
