Product: DeskJet 2130 printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

the paper keeps jamming and I have tried everything, And I mean everything.  Error message always says "out of paper".  I checked to see if any paper is caught up and it is Clean. please help! everything is up to date. could there be something wrong with the spooling? I tried troubleshooting and it cannot find the problem. My printer is less than a year old.
