Product: Envy 360

I just bought this laptop. I've had it for just a couple of weeks. Today I tried to use it in tablet mode but it doesn't work.  I haven't upgraded to a new OS or anything of that nature.  This is very frustrating. I read the other forumns on this topic and the "help" was completely unhelpful.
