Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

  Every time i use the touch screen, whether switching to tablet mode or just using it in regular laptop mode, after touching the screen i can no longer use the mouse pad.  I have to restart the computer to be able to use the mouse pad again.  I have checked settings and control panels and cannot figure out how to fix the issue.
