Product: HP 250 G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a good number of these brand new laptops to setup and have noticed so far two out of four of these models exhibit the same behaviour. 

 

They have the intel HD Graphocs 620 chip.

 

I have updated the drivers and changed the power settings (including fsat boot) but no change.

On boot up I have to wait 6 1/2 mins before explorer kicks in and I the desktop. I can see the mouse cursor and can bring up task manager but explorer stop/restart doesnt refresh the display at all.

 

Initailly they were all fine - points to a windows update but other couple of laptops have the same updates installed so far and seem fine. Really puzzled! 

 

Thinking of sending 20 units back rather than mess around with this.

 

Anyone else seen this?
