Product: Spectre x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a new HP spectre x360 13-ac052na for 1 week and it has just shown a login display fairly.

 

After power up the windows login is displayed and after entering the password correctly the windows welcome message is displayed but then after a few minutes the screen just goes black. You can use the cntrl alt del keys to look at the task manager or you can reset the pc but noting else works. 

 

No no extra sweet has been installed apart from norton security and Epsom printer driver.

 

Any ideas as currently it's unusable.
