Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had this laptop for 3 weeks now and 2 days ago it suddenly took more than 5 min to start up which is unacceptable for a device with NVME SSD. And from next time onwards the screen just started going black after logging in.I cant tell what exactly is wrong. I restored my pc twice each dating further back in time. It did not help and now I am just updating some software through HP assistant. Let's see what happens. 

But I also saw a bug where my touch screen was showing as it is being tapped consistently at the bottom corner.

I love Hp but someone gimme more technical advice, please. I really do not wish to reset the whole PC. Hopefully, the problem is solved. Even my 4-year-old pavilion never gave me such a problem Smiley Tongue
