Product: Hp envy dv7-7212nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My laptop randomly shuts down and different intervals. In event viewer it reads the error "kernel-power" event id (41) task category (63). I've tried reinstalling windows, updating drivers, changing power options, and pretty much everything short of taking out the hard drive and wiping it completely. Any help would be great because this basically makes the pc unusable.
