Hi there,
This is a simple question really but not really sure where to look. My internal hard drive failed and I took my laptop to a shop to fix. They replaced the drive with an SSD drive but obviously could not restore my original operating system supplied by HP. I am currently living in Spain and they replaced my operating system with a cracked version of Windows 10 and initially it was all in Spanish. It all works kind of okay but I am not happy with it. It seems dodgy at times and sometimes I get errors coming up in Spanish. The drive happened to fail just after my warranty on the laptop expired (no surprise there). So the question is, can I download Windows 10 and other HP tools online and reinstall my OS or would it be best to buy Windows 10 from Microsoft to replace this dodgy version? Thanks in advance. Matt R
